About me

Hi, I’m Judith, a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner based on Montréal’s North Shore. In my workshops, I offer non-clinical creative wellness experiences. Think of it like yoga, but with art making. Simple, guided art exercises act as a tool to help participants slow down, relax, and release stress, much like a yoga class uses breath and movement.

This isn't a traditional art technique class or clinical psychotherapy. The art making is simply the vehicle, while stress relief and mindfulness are the main focus. You will quiet your inner critic, let go of daily tension, and leave each session feeling more grounded in yourself.
